Our technology
Our proprietary loan origination, management and investment software bring simplicity, speed and certainty to both borrowers and investors.
From application to completion, our customers are able to submit and manage their mortgage applications using our online loan origination platform, Genesys. Within this platform, brokers are able to manage and review their existing applications, receive instant quotes and terms, and transition between products all with the added benefit of a live dashboard reflecting the status of their case.
Genesys
Our Loan Engine automates and optimises loan allocation and management - pairing loans with the correct funding source while providing investors and financial partners with the data sets that they require for their ongoing reporting, enhancing customer experience and engagement. This allows all investors, from global institutions to private individuals, to access the loans that we originate and view unrivalled data to make informed decisions about the portfolio of loans that they are invested in.
